Simply send your text as an MS Word or Open Office document (pref. Word) by email to matthew.nicholls@hotmail.com and I will get back to you with an estimation of the price as soon as possible. If you agree to the price and your deadline is feasible, I will simply correct the text and return it to you. Typically, there will be some parts that you will need to clarify; thus, typically, you will send the text back to me with your new ‘solutions’ and I will check/correct these as required. Sometimes, another round of correction might be necessary to really ‘finalise’ the text. However, these ‘extra’ corrections are usually very quick and do not substantially add to the cost.
Consultation by email during the proofreading process is offered and encouraged. My goal is to produce (within realistic limits) the ‘perfect’ text – and, of course, to encourage the client to use my services again!
